radjagame holds no liability for payment-provider errors

If your mobile banking, local payment, or bank transfer fails or is delayed, contact your payment provider. We at radjagame cooperate with investigations but do not reverse transactions unilaterally.

Withdrawals and our radjagame processing

We at radjagame process withdrawal requests within standard business windows. E-wallet withdrawals (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking) typically complete within one business day; bank transfers may take 2–4 business days. During Indonesian holidays (Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, New Year), processing may extend to the next business day. We do not guarantee specific withdrawal times; delays may occur due to your bank or payment provider.

On radjagame, your first withdrawal may require additional verification (selfie with ID). This is mandatory under Indonesian financial regulations. Once verified, subsequent withdrawals are typically processed faster. If we suspect fraudulent withdrawal activity on radjagame, we suspend your account pending investigation.

Our radjagame bonus and promotion rules
